Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and the venue.

Photography and filming may be allowed, but with restrictions in certain areas (e.g., performances).

The event organiser is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, injuries, or other losses except where caused by negligence.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and should follow all safety instructions.

Attendees with medical conditions should consult a doctor before attending.

All guest tickets are Gold level tickets, even if you hold a VIP, Elite or Legacy ticket. Please email hey@suzyashworth.com if you wish to upgrade your guest ticket.

All tickets are non refundable, you can transfer your ticket, please email hey@suzyashworth.com if you have any questions.

If the event is rescheduled no refunds will be issued but your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date or you can defer to a future event.

If the event is cancelled you will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price (excluding fees).

The event organiser is not liable for events beyond their reasonable control.
